The Tilly cover-up is back for Summer in our custom striped fabric with an embroidered scalloped eyelet detail. Blouson style with a comfortable smocked drop-waist silhouette. The ties on the shoulders are adjustable if you want it to be looser or a less blouson fit. Designed, smocked, and sewn in Los Angeles.
