What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa and MasterCard. You can also pay using Paypal, Amazon Pay, or Apple Pay.
Can I cancel or make changes to an order?
Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed, but we are happy to help if you need to make any changes and will do our best to accommodate. Please email us at email@example.com with requests.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We are happy to expedite your order if you need it by a certain date. Orders placed past 1 p.m. will not be eligible for overnight shipping and will be processed on the next business day. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, check your order tracking link for updates. If you have further questions, please contact us via email.
What shipping carriers do you use? Can I request a specific one?
We use both UPS and FedEx. USPS is used only when shipping to a P.O. box. When submitting your purchase, you can list if you have a preference on the shipping carrier.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you exchange the item for an alternate size or issue you a refund within 14 days. If a return is made 15-45 days after receiving the items, we are able to offer store credit. Items kept past 45 days are not eligible for store credit or returns. We will only accept returns on merchandise that is new, unworn, unwashed, and has the tags still on the garment. If any items are marked “Final Sale,” they are not eligible for returns.
How do I start a return? Or an exchange?
We hope you are more than satisfied with your order, but if not, you may begin a return by filling out the return form included in your shipment. You can also download that form here. Repack your merchandise and include the form in your shipment.

Do you Collect a full deposit for pre-ordered items?
Yes, for pre-orders we collect 100% of payment upon checkout guaranteeing your items will be reserved for you.
An item I want is out of stock, can I still order it?
If there is an item you see on our website or a size that is out of stock, please reach out to us at our customer service email and we will see if we can help you. We may be able to provide you with a timeline of when those items will be back in stock or offer alternative options.
How and where are your products made?
Our products are made in Los Angeles, California with a focus on ethical production. We greatly value our custom embroidered cotton fabrics, incorporating high-end construction techniques and hand-cutting to make each piece perfect.

What do I do if I receive damaged merchandise?
We are so sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a description of the damaged item(s), and a picture showing the damage.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
We are happy to offer gift wrapping for a flat fee of $5.
Can you offer price adjustments for orders made before or after a promotion?
We do not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to any promotions, and we are not able to extend a discount or price adjustment once a sale ends.

Cartolina Nantucket’s brick-and-mortar location can be found at 22 Centre Street on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts, inside the Centre Pointe boutique.
