How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We are happy to expedite your order if you need it by a certain date. Orders placed past 1 p.m. will not be eligible for overnight shipping and will be processed on the next business day. Send us an email at hello@cartolinanantucket.com

What shipping carriers do you use? Can I request a specific one?

We use both UPS and FedEx. USPS is used only when shipping to a P.O. box. When submitting your purchase, you can list if you have a preference on the shipping carrier.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, check your order tracking link for updates. If you have further questions, please contact us via email.

Returns

What is your return and exchange policy?

Exchanges are easy, timely, and complimentary. Exchange orders are processed as a new order and ship as soon as possible. If you wish to return an item we deduct a $10 processing and shipping fee.

Returns and exchanges must be delivered to our e-commerce warehouse within 21 days (three weeks) of the delivery date for a full refund. Any return received after 21 days will be returned to sender.


Returns can take up to 14 days after delivery for our e-commerce warehouse to process. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Upon return being processed, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to reflect depending on your banking partner.

How do I start a return? Or an exchange?

We hope you are more than satisfied with your order, but if not, you may begin a return by filling out the return form included in your shipment. You can also download that form here. Repack your merchandise and include the form in your shipment.

All returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and still tagged.

Are sale items eligible for returns?

All sale products are Final Sale. When an item is purchased during a sale we do not allow returns unless an item is received damaged. No price adjustments on past purchases. All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
