What is your return and exchange policy?

Your purchase may be returned or exchanged for 14 days following the date of receipt of your item. Exchanges are easy and timely. Click here to start a return or exchange. All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. Returns and exchanges must be delivered to our return location within 7 days from the return approval date for an exchange or refund. Any return received after 7 days from your return approval date will be returned to sender.

NOTE: Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange.Returns can take up to 2 weeks once received for our warehouse to process. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Upon a return being processed, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to be reflected in your bank account, depending on your banking partner.

How do I start a return? Or an exchange?

We hope you are more than satisfied with your order, but if not, you may begin a return or exchange by clicking here or the button at the bottom of this page. Carefully repack your merchandise and please include your original packing slip in your package, when you ship back to us.

All returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and still tagged.

Once we receive your returned product, if it is in acceptable condition, we will issue your refund or immediately ship your exchange.

Are sale items eligible for returns?

Marked down merchandise is Final Sale unless an item is received damaged. No price adjustments on past purchases. All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders can take 7-10 days to be processed in our warehouse, but we do our best to ship as quickly as we can!

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $10 and free for any order above $200!

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We are happy to expedite your order if you need it by a certain date. Orders placed past 1 p.m. will not be eligible for overnight shipping and will be processed on the next business day. Send us an email at cs@cartolinanantucket.com

What shipping carriers do you use? Can I request a specific one?

We use both UPS and FedEx. USPS is used only when shipping to a P.O. box. When submitting your purchase, you can list if you have a preference on the shipping carrier.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, check your order tracking link for updates. If you have further questions, please contact us via email.
